At Unika Collection, we know that the quality and durability of our products are essential for our customers. That is why our frames are made of solid pine wood, carefully selected to guarantee its resistance and longevity. In addition, we have designed an edging system in the friction areas to further extend the life of the suspension.
But our concern for environmental care and social responsibility takes us even further. At Unika, we only work with FSC® certified wood from responsibly managed forests to meet the needs of future generations. In this way, we guarantee the sustainability of our processes and the preservation of natural resources.

Fabrics
To upholster our sofas, we use organic, natural and recycled fabrics, carefully selected to guarantee the quality and sustainability of our processes.
To ensure that our recycled fabrics meet the highest quality standards, we have been certified under the GRS (Global Recycle Standard). This certification guarantees traceability and the proper use of recycled materials in the creation of new fabrics, thus ensuring their quality and sustainable origin.
In addition, some of our fabrics are OEKOTEX® certified, which assures us that they do not contain substances that are harmful to health or the environment. In this way, we can guarantee that our sofas are not only beautiful and comfortable, but also safe for you and the planet.

Our
Seats and pillows
In our models with webbing suspensions, we use NEA, the most guaranteed. We place the webbing by machine, one by one, making sure that they all get the same pressure. This webbing has a recycled rubber component. Each model requires a different type of seat, so we carefully study the one that best suits each model. We use water-based adhesives, with no petroleum-based components.
Our
suspensions
We use seat cores with a component made of recycled polyol that guarantees a more natural and responsible sleep. Our foams are CFC free guaranteeing a healthier sleep. The fabric we use in our cushions is hypoallergenic thanks to its composition. The bioplumifill® fiber used is breathable and reduces the appearance of humidity.
Our
down
Feather fillings provide a comfortable and long-lasting feel to our products. We ensure that all our feathers and down are responsibly sourced and certified, which guarantees that the animals involved have been treated with respect and humanity. In addition, we comply with the requirements of standard 12935, which ensures that the material is processed under proper hygienic and sanitary conditions.
